For the members that want less of the group competition feeling and more focus on their personal goals. This medium paced class is centered around the “big five” lifts: Squat, Deadlift, Push, Pull, and Overhead Press. This focus will help increase a member’s overall strength and performance. The addition of specific accessory work will help maintain a well rounded level of fitness, leading to the greatest level of ability.
Are you ready to feel the burn? HIIT classes are for the member that’s looking for a fast paced, high intensity workout aimed at accelerating the heartrate and burning the maximum amount of body fat. Centered around circuit training, HIIT classes will utilize both resistance and endurance training techniques to build strength and burn body fat at the same time.
Essential Movement is tailored for the member that wants to improve their overall functional movement patterns. Whether an experienced athlete or new to exercise, participants will be challenged on their fundamentals. Mastery of the fundamentals creates the building blocks needed to improved balance and coordination, helping a member reach their next level of peak performance.
Adult Athlete Training
Designed specifically for pro, collegiate, club and aspiring athletes ages 18+ looking to improve their performance output through strength and conditioning. Class will emphasize proper lifting technique, and build a solid foundation of speed, agility, and coordination that will benefit athletes of any current skill level.
Youth Athlete Training
Modeled after our popular adult athlete series, this class is designed specifically for young athletes 11-17 years old looking to improve their performance output through strength and conditioning. Class will emphasize proper lifting technique, and build a solid foundation of speed, agility, and coordination that will benefit young athletes of any current skill level.
