Today, we continue to offer one-on-one, buddy, or small group sessions across a wide variety of training areas. Strength training

Rehabilitative training

Our trainers have helped hundreds of clients regain ability through injury-specific rehabilitative training and functional movement principals. Small group training
At MaxFit, we don't do huge classes. We offer small group training. Up to four clients at a time can have personalized, thorough care with a fitness trainer. Motivate each other or enjoy a little friendly competition while an expert provides personal attention. Bring friends and family or let us know you prefer a small group setting when you contact us.

Speed and agility training
Are you an athlete looking for a competitive edge? Our trainers can help you improve your performance output through applied strength and conditioning training.
